PDFopen respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work is used unlawfully through the Service, you may submit a valid DMCA notice.
1. Designated Contact
Send DMCA notices and counter notices to aniket@pdfopen.live with subject "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter Notice".
If you operate PDFopen for your organization, include your legal entity name, mailing address, and designated DMCA agent details on this page.
2. Required Elements of a DMCA Notice
Your notice should include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a legally valid counter notice. We may forward your counter notice to the original claimant as permitted by law.
4. Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate, and consistent with applicable law, repeated infringement may result in content removal, access restrictions, or account/service suspension.
5. Misrepresentations
Knowingly submitting false claims or false counter notices may create legal liability under applicable law.
